Community of Practice: A Workplace Safety Case Study

Bonkemeyer, David Machles, and Jackie McMichael publish a case study on creating a "community of practice" in the workplace, aimed at helping employers harness worker knowledge to improve safety by "learning in context" (sometimes known as situated learning).  The subject of this case study is a Scott client, Misys, a global software company.
