In support of this effort, we haven’t come across another agency that has devoted the sizeable resources we have into ongoing training, education, and development. Our Professional Development Team (PDT) resides in a training facility independent of the corporate office and consists of several employee-owners who are constantly upgrading systems and educating the service team to continuously improve efficiencies and performance.
