We work hard at Scott. We believe in each other. When the opportunities arise, we also like to take the time to facilitate fellowship and team-building. In other words, we like to play hard too. We celebrate our company at various events throughout the year. Some of these include:

  • Annual celebratory ESOP lunch for each branch
  • Annual owners’ branch appreciation outing
  • Annual company-wide offsite retreat
  • Annual company-wide analyst luncheon
  • Summer business hours, closing early every Friday
  • Newly established Presidents Club contest, culminating with group trip to Amelia Island, Florida resort for qualifying producers and spouses
  • New car contest for successful recruitment of new producer
  • Various holiday celebrations
  • Onsite masseuse available every 2 weeks
  • Onsite drycleaning pick-up/delivery available

Finally, we are proud to actively support many community events and organizations. Our owners are provided ample flexibility in taking the time and energy to serve these organizations. We are a strong partner of the United Way of Central Virginia. Beyond corporate support, owners consistently give at a greater than 95% participation rate. In addition, we support our high school theatre programs, local music programs, and various historical organizations.
